White Christmas Margarita

The bulk of the calories in a Margarita is in a sweetened mixer. We replaced those calories with a bit of coconut milk for creaminess, coconut water for sweetness, and lime juice for a bit of brightness. Pair these flavors with an excellent Tequila, either Blanco or Reposada for an amazing drink. And for a beautiful presentation, rim the glass with Sea Salt & Unsweetened Coconut and drizzle the inside of the glass with Pomegranate Molasses.
Ingredients
- 2oz Tequila
- 1oz Coconut Milk , lite
- 1oz Coconut Water
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Pomegranate Molasses
- Sea Salt
- Coconut Bits
Directions
- Place Tequila, Milk, Water, and Lime Juice in shake with ice. Shake well to blend.
- To Serve: Rub rim of glass with limes then press into a mixture of Salt and Sugar. Then drizzle glass with molasses and pour in margarita. Great served with Coconut Shrimp and Spicy Nut appetizers.
