Vidalia Onions

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 C Sweet Onions (Vidalia, Oso, Maui or other), Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- ¼ C Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ C Rice Vinegar
- ¼ C Olive Oil
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and saute until soft and fragrant.
- Add onions and all other ingredients and blend well.
- Store in fridge up to two weeks.
