Umami Hoisin Seafood

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Seafood (cook’s choice, I used Wild Cod), diced
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (Tube)
- 1 Tbsp Ginger (Tube)
- Umami Powder
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Heat oils in a saute pan over medium heat.
- Add Garlic and Ginger, saute until fragrant.
- Add fish and spices.
- Cook until fish turns opaque.
- Note: smaller the pieces, faster it cooks.
- Set aside.
