Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Seafood (cook’s choice, I used Wild Cod), diced 
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic (Tube)
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger (Tube)
  • Umami Powder
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oils in a saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add Garlic and Ginger, saute until fragrant.
  3. Add fish and spices.
  4. Cook until fish turns opaque. 
  5. Note: smaller the pieces, faster it cooks.
  6. Set aside.
