Turkey and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion , diced
- diced Poblano , diced
- 2-4 Cloves Garlic , minced
- 1 Tbsp Ancho Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Lg Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 2 Cans Black Beans , rinsed
- 2 Cups Chicken Bone Broth (more if you like it soupy)
Directions
- Heat oil in Soup Pot over medium. When hot, add onion and poblanos – cook until soft. Add Garlic and Spices – cook until fragrant. Add Meat – cook until browned through.
- Add Tomatoes (plus juice from the can), Beans and Broth – bring to a boil, drop to a simmer, cook for 20ish minutes so flavors can blend.
