Sweet Granola

Ingredients
- 4 C Oats (Gluten Free)
- 1.5-2 C Nuts and Seeds
- ¼ C Cocoa Powder (Optional)
- 1 Tbsp Chai Masala Spice
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- ½ C Coconut Oil
- ¼ C Maple
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients. Taste and adjust spices.
- Spread mixture out on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool for 1 hour. Store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
- Store in freezer up to 1 month.
