Super Fast Supper Salad

Ingredients
- Almonds , sliced
- Hazelnut Oil (or any other nut oil from your pantry)
- Frozen Green Beans , thawed on counter or microwave
- Mushrooms , thawed on counter or microwave
- Salt & Pepper
- Arugula
- Cheese , Feta (or any other cheese from your fridge)
Directions
- In cast iron pan over medium heat, dry toast almonds. When fragrant remove from pan.
- Heat oil in same pan. When hot, add green beans and mushrooms. Cook until hot and lightly blistered. Season with Salt & Pepper.
- Add Arugula to salad bowl. Add hot Vegetables and toss together. Top with Nuts and Cheese.
