This is so much better AND lower calorie than a traditional Bleu Cheese Dressing. Plus, it’s much easier to manage portion size because it’s not nearly as thick.

Serving size 1 Tbsp 45 cal Protein: 0 g Carbs: 0 g Fat: 5 g

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ C Lemon Juice
  • ¼ C Olive Oil
  • 1 Oz Bleu Cheese
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together by hand or in a blender.
  2. If you prefer it chunky, leave out the bleu cheese until all other ingredients are emulsified.
  3. Store in fridge for up to two weeks.
  4. Enjoy!
