Savory Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 C Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)
  • 3 C Nuts and Seeds (I used pecans and sunflower seeds)
  • ¼ C Dehydrated Onions
  • 1-2 Tbsp Spices – I use Smoked Paprika, Smoky Turmeric, and Garlic Powder 
  • Sea Salt & Pepper
  • ⅓ C Coconut Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all ingredients. Taste and adjust spices.
  3. Spread mixture out on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes
  5. Cool for 1 hour. Store at room temp for 1 week and in freezer up to 1 month.
