- 1 Small Cabbage , sliced
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Rosemary or Dried Juniper Berries
Directions
- Salt the cabbage and let it rest for 60 minutes
- Add spices and stir well.
- Compress in jar and weigh down
- The Sauerkraut will be ready in 2-3 weeks
