Ranch Dressing

Simply by changing the amount of water, you can adjust the thickness of this dressing.

Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 C Cashews , raw
  • ½ C Water
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • Sea Salt & Pepper
  • ½ C Fresh Parsley, Dill, and Chives

Directions

  1. Add Cashews and water to blender and process until smooth. 
  2. Add Mustard, Lemon, ACV, Oil, Salt & Pepper and blend until smooth.
  3. Finally, add fresh herbs and pulse until herbs are the desired texture. 
  4. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.

  • 1 Lb Ground Chicken (or other preferred ground meat)
  • 1 b Broccoli , riced in a food processor
  • 3 Large Eggs
