Bleu Cheese Lemon Dressing
This is so much better AND lower calorie than a traditional Bleu Cheese Dressing. Plus, it’s much easier to manage portion size because it’s not nearly as thick.
Bleu Cheese Lemon Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- ¼ C Lemon Juice
- ¼ C Olive Oil
- 1 Oz Bleu Cheese
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together by hand or in a blender.
- If you prefer it chunky, leave out the bleu cheese until all other ingredients are emulsified.
- Store in fridge up to two weeks.
