Asian Cucumber Salad
This simple “salsa” or salad is perfect to accompany many different types of dishes. It’s a fantastic topping for lettuce wraps, Asian-style tacos or even nachos. It’s also the perfect topping to any Asian-style noodle dish. We keep it light by limiting the amount of oil it’s tossed with and optimize flavor by adding tamari sauce and lots of garlic and ginger.
