- Add sliced tomatoes around the frittata like a pizza.
Ingredients
- 8-10 Eggs Eggs , beaten
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Continue cooking on stove top until lightly browned on the underside of the frittata.
- If not fully through at this point (egg is jiggly), then transfer to oven for 10ish minutes or until fully cooked.
- This makes 8-12 servings and can be reduced to better fit a smaller pan.
- NOTE: You can see how flexible this dish is. The smoked salmon, veggies, and spices can be swapped a million different directions. And the addition of cheese can make this a really rich dish. Have fun and be creative!
