Roasted Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (any size), peeled and deveined  
  • Avocado Oil
  • Garlic
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Place shrimp on parchment lined baking sheet. 
  3. Mix oil and garlic together.
  4. Coat shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake until opaque shrimp turn white.
  6. For 21-25 size shrimp it was approximately 10 minutes to perfection.
