Roasted Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
- Shrimp (any size), peeled and deveined
- Avocado Oil
- Garlic
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place shrimp on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Mix oil and garlic together.
- Coat shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake until opaque shrimp turn white.
- For 21-25 size shrimp it was approximately 10 minutes to perfection.
