Refried Edamame

Ingredients
- ½ Bag Edamame Beans , frozen shelled and defrosted
- 1 Can White Beans , drained and rinsed
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in Food Processor until smooth

- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic , tubed
- 1 Tbsp Ginger , tubed
- Bean Puree
- Umami Spice
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Heat oils in a saute pan over medium heat.
- Add Garlic and Ginger, saute until fragrant.
- Add bean puree and spices.
- Cook until heated through and lightly browned on the bottom.
- Set Aside.
