Red Wine Quinoa

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Med Onion , sliced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger , minced
- 1 Star Anise
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat.
- Add onion and saute until soft and golden. Add ginger and spices, and saute until fragrant.
- Add quinoa, and saute until toasted.
Ingredients
- 1 C Quinoa
- 1 C Red Wine
- 1 C Water
Directions
- Add Wine and Water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, cover with a lid, and set aside until ready to plate and serve.
