Ingredients

  • 1 C Cashews (raw, unsalted) 
  • ½ C Water
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ½ C Fresh Parsley, Dill, and Chives

Directions

  1. Add Cashews and water to blender and process until smooth. 
  2. Add Mustard, Lemon, ACV, Oil, Salt & Pepper and blend until smooth.
  3. Finally, add fresh herbs and pulse until herbs are the desired texture.
  4. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
