Ranch Dressing

It’s much lower in calories than the traditional Mayo/Buttermilk version AND it’s much higher in protein. The base of this dressing is a Cashew Cream made in your blender from Raw Cashews and Water. Simply by changing the amount of water, you can adjust the thickness of this dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 C Cashews (raw, unsalted)
- ½ C Water
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- ½ C Fresh Parsley, Dill, and Chives
Directions
- Add Cashews and water to blender and process until smooth.
- Add Mustard, Lemon, ACV, Oil, Salt & Pepper and blend until smooth.
- Finally, add fresh herbs and pulse until herbs are the desired texture.
- Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
