Ingredients
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Miso (preference to Red Miso)
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Ginger
1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
6-8 C Water
2 Green Onions , sliced
Directions
In the same pan the stir fries were created, add oil, miso, garlic, ginger, and chili garlic sauce. Cook until fragrant and softened.
Add Water. Use a whisk to blend Miso Paste well and deglaze all the flavorful bits from the bottom of the pan.
Bring to a boil, reduce to low, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until flavors are well developed. Add scallions and serve.
