- 1 Tbsp SMART Thai Peanut Sauce
- ½ Head Cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp SMART Thai Peanut Sauce

- 2 Tbsp Cilantro , minced
Pesto Pizza

- PreHeat the oven to 425F. Place Almond Flour tortilla on middle rack in oven. Bake 2 minutes, then flip and cook 2 additional minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Place tortilla on a plate and spread pesto then top with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, and cheese (optional). NOTE: Nutritional Yeast is a great alternative to Cheese.
Mushroom & Zucchini Pizza

- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Oz Mushrooms
- Sea Salt & Pepper
- Zucchini , thin sliced (best on mandolin)
- Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Directions
- PreHeat the oven to 425F. Place Almond Flour tortilla on middle rack in oven. Bake 2 minutes, then flip and cook 2 additional minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Place tortilla on a parchment lined baking sheet and top with tomato sauce, cheese, and torn basil leaves. Return to oven to melt cheese slightly. If not using cheese, drizzle or brush the zucchini with Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Pepper. Bake until zucchini is slightly crispy.
