Specialty Tea and Coffee Drinks

There are three components to every specialty drink – Dairy/ALT Dairy, Coffee/Tea, and Flavors/Sweeteners. This gives us three opportunities to double the flavor and half the calories. In most specialty tea and coffee drinks, the calories can be found in the dairy and the added sugar. We’re going to decrease the amount of sugar in all of these drinks and replace it with flavors of bold coffee, ginger, vanilla, and the richness of molasses.
