Holiday Creamers

The Base Creamer is 1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 Tbsp Raw Sugar, 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, and 1 Pinch Sea Salt. This is a cleaner, more flavorful coffee creamer than the standard ones you find in the grocery store and Starbucks, and they have so much more flavor!! So we’ve taken the base and created four new flavors to enjoy.

And did you know that with the addition of one ingredient, 1 Tbsp Arrowroot or Cornstarch, you can make pudding from any of these creamers! Why buy it in a box when you can have the best pudding ever with the same time and effort.

Pumpkin Spice

Serving size 1 Tbsp 58 cal Protein: 1g Carbs: 2g Fat: 10g

Ingredients

  • 1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Warm through and stir until sugar and spices are dissolved. Store in fridge up to one week.

Peppermint Truffle

Ingredients

  • 1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • 2 Tbsp Black Strap Molasses
  • 1 Tbsp Date Caramel (See Below)
  • 1 Tsp Chai Spice
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Warm through and stir until sugar and spices are dissolved. Store in fridge up to one week.

Faux Date Caramel

Serving size 1 Tbsp (18 Servings) 73 cal Protein: 1g Carbs: 19g Fat: 0g

Ingredients

  • 1 C Dates , pitted
  • 1 C Water , boiling
  • 1 Tbsp Black Strap Molasses
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine dates and water. Let dates soften in water for 10 minutes. Drain, keeping the water for later, and set both aside
  2. In a food processor or blender, add Dates, Molasses, Vanilla, and Salt. Process until smooth adding Date Water, as needed, and lighter in color. Refrigerate up to 1 month.

Apple Pie Creamer

Apple Cider Reduction

Serving size 2 Tbsp 14 cal Protein: 0g Carbs: 0g Fat: 3g

Ingredients

  • ¼ C Apple Cider
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1" Piece Fresh Ginger , halved lengthwise

Directions

  1. Make a Cider Reduction by heating Cider, Cinnamon, and Ginger in Saucepan over medium and reducing at least by 50%. Remove Cinnamon Stick and Ginger, then add remaining ingredients and warm through.
