Granola Basics
Sweet Granola
Ingredients
- 4 C Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 C Nuts and Seeds
- ¼ C Cocoa Powder (Optional)
- 1 Tbsp Spices (I used Chai Masala)
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- ½ C Coconut Oil
- ¼ C Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all ingredients. Taste and adjust spices. Spread mixture out on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool for 1 hour. Store at room temp for 1 week and in freezer up to 1 month.
Savory Granola
Ingredients
- 3 C Old Fashioned Oats (Gluten Free)
- 3 C Nuts and Seeds (I used pecans and sunflower seeds)
- ¼ C Dehydrated Onions
- 1-2 Tbsp Spices –I use Smoked Paprika, Smoky Turmeric, and Garlic Powder
- Sea Salt & Pepper
- ½ C Coconut Oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all ingredients. Taste and adjust spices. Spread mixture out on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool for 1 hour. Store at room temp for 1 week and in freezer up to 1 month.
