Hoisin Sauce

- ¼ C Tamari (Soy) Sauce OR ¼C Coconut Aminos (soy free)
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Tbsp Honey (omit if using Coconut Aminos)
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Chile Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Miso
- Garlic
- Ginger
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Stores well for up to one month
Thai Peanut Sauce
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Lime Juice
- ¼ C Hot Water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Stores well for up to one month
Thai Peanut Dressing

- ¼ C Lime Juice (or more Rice Vinegar)
- ¼ C Olive Oil
