Pickled Figs

Ingredients
- 1 C Dried Figs , Stems Removed and Halved
- 1 1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool to room temperature. Store in fridge.
- Same recipe works with fresh berries eliminating the cooking step and just cold pickle the berries.
