Ingredients

  • 1 C Dried Figs , Stems Removed and Halved 
  • 1 1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar 
  • 2 Sprigs Rosemary
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes. 
  2. Remove from heat, allow to cool to room temperature.  Store in fridge. 
  3. Same recipe works with fresh berries eliminating the cooking step and just cold pickle the berries.
