Ingredients
- Carrot , fine dice
- Rice Vinegar
- Mirin (or any sweetener you like – honey, agave, maple, or raw sugar)
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate before serving.
- 30 minutes to several days – cook’s choice.
- Note, I used pre-shredded carrots and I ran the knife through to make finer dice.
