Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Potatoes , cut in ½
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Umami Spice
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat EVOO in Saute Pan over Medium. Add potatoes and sprinkle with umami and salt.
  2. Roll in pan until all potatoes are cut side down. Stop moving the potatoes. Cook until crispy and golden brown on the cut side. Remove from heat.
