Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 oz Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Tamari (Soy) Sauce - As Needed
Directions
- Drain the Oysters and reserve the liquid. Add Oysters to the food processor, and process until finely chopped.
- Heat Saucepan on Medium. Add Oysters and Oyster Liquid – bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 8-12 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and add salt. Allow to cool.
- Drain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a glass measuring cup. Discard the chunks in the sieve. Add 2 Tablespoons of Tamari to each ½ Cup of liquid. Add one final Tablespoon of sauce. Add back to the saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, simmer for 10 min.
- Allow to cool and store in fridge. Can be used up to one month.
