Ole Mole Cookies (Need Macros)
Ingredients
1 C Nut Butter
1 Eggs (omit if Vegan, and add 2 more Tbsp Maple Syrup)
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (omit if already added to nut butter)
Sea Salt
Directions
PreHeat Oven to 350F. Parchment Line a Baking Sheet.
Combine nut butter and syrup until creamy and smooth. Add zest and spices until well combined. Add flour and cocoa powder until just combined – don’t over mix.
Scoop into balls (approximately 20-24). Place on baking sheet – spaced enough to allow for spreading. Press down the cookie with the back of a fork to form a cross on top of the cookie. Sprinkle with salt or sugar and press lightly into the dough.
Bake 8-12 minutes and cool on a rack. Best enjoyed at room temperature, refrigerate if keeping longer than 5 days.
