Mixed Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Chile Garlic Sauce (preference to Red Rooster)
  • 6-8 Green Onions , sliced
  • 1 Lb Mushrooms , Sliced (I used ½ Button and ½ Shiitake)
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tamari (Soy) Sauce
  • Cilantro , garnish

Directions

  1. Heat Oil in wok over medium heat.  Fry ginger, garlic, chili sauce, and green onions until fragrant.
  2. Add mushrooms and coat with onion and spices. Add oyster sauce and tamari. 
  3. Toss to coat, then leave mushrooms alone in the pan.  Move them only if they get sticky in the pan – this will allow them to caramelize – less than 5 minutes. 
  4. Top with Cilantro.
