Mixed Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Chile Garlic Sauce (preference to Red Rooster)
- 6-8 Green Onions , sliced
- 1 Lb Mushrooms , Sliced (I used ½ Button and ½ Shiitake)
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Tamari (Soy) Sauce
- Cilantro , garnish
Directions
- Heat Oil in wok over medium heat. Fry ginger, garlic, chili sauce, and green onions until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and coat with onion and spices. Add oyster sauce and tamari.
- Toss to coat, then leave mushrooms alone in the pan. Move them only if they get sticky in the pan – this will allow them to caramelize – less than 5 minutes.
- Top with Cilantro.
