Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 Lb Broccoli , riced in a food processor 
  • 3 Lg Eggs , beaten 
  • ⅓ C BBQ Sauce , plus some to glaze the meatballs
  • ⅓ C Oatmeal , Old Fashioned Gluten Free
  • ⅓ C Dehydrated Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all ingredients together. 
  3. Add more BBQ sauce if meat mixture is a bit dry. 
  4. Add a bit more oats if mixture is a bit too wet.
  5. Use scoop to form balls. 
  6. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. 
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending upon size of balls.
