Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Ground Chicken
- 1 Lb Broccoli , riced in a food processor
- 3 Lg Eggs , beaten
- ⅓ C BBQ Sauce , plus some to glaze the meatballs
- ⅓ C Oatmeal , Old Fashioned Gluten Free
- ⅓ C Dehydrated Onions
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add more BBQ sauce if meat mixture is a bit dry.
- Add a bit more oats if mixture is a bit too wet.
- Use scoop to form balls.
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending upon size of balls.
