Meatball Lettuce Wrap

Meal: 258 cal Protein: 23 g Carbs: 9 g Fat: 15 g

Meatballs are so much easier to portion than burgers or meatloaf. I love making large batches of meatballs and dividing them into single serve baggies for the freezer. Then, anytime I’ve forgotten to prep something for dinner, all I have to do is pop a serving of meatballs into the microwave for a super quick supper. This meal serves meatballs like a sub sandwich but you don’t have all the calories of a full sub. You have the lightness of the lettuce wrap paired with the decadent (in taste only) Green Goddess dressing. Traditional Meatball Sandwiches come in between 500-1200 calories and this lovely dish weighs in at 258 calories.
