Ingredients

  • 1 Lg Eggs (preferably pasteurized) 
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 C Avocado Oil

Directions

  1. Place all in ingredients in tall cup and blend with immersion blender.
  2. Hand blender or whisk can also be used. 
  3. FYI, I remade this with Avocado Oil and the flavor was so much better. 
  4. EVOO was just a bit heavy.
