Mayonnaise Traditional

Ingredients
- 1 Lg Eggs (preferably pasteurized)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 C Avocado Oil
Directions
- Place all in ingredients in tall cup and blend with immersion blender.
- Hand blender or whisk can also be used.
- FYI, I remade this with Avocado Oil and the flavor was so much better.
- EVOO was just a bit heavy.
