- 1 Lb Cashews , roasted
- 2-3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 C Mustard
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Blend all in the food processor for 5-10 minutes.
- Store up to two weeks.
