- 1 Block Tofu
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Blend all in the food processor for 5-10 minutes.
- Store up to two weeks.
