Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Vodka or Gin
  • Splash Dry Vermouth 
  • Garnish Olive for Vodka; Onion for Gin 

Directions

  1. Splash and swirl vermouth in martini glass, coating all the sides. 
  2. Dump the excess.  Fill shaker with ice and Vodka or Gin. 
  3. Shake and pour into Martini glass. If you like it drier, splash vermouth into the shaker. 
  4. Garnish and drink. Best made from alcohol that has been frozen.
