Maple Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
- ⅓ C Maple
- 2 Tbsp Black Strap Molasses (black strap, pomegranate, or balsamic)
- 1 Tbsp Ancho Chili Pepper (more or less to your taste)
- Sea Salt
- 2 Lb Carrot
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, simmer maple, molasses, chile powder, and sea salt until warm and well blended.
- Place carrots on parchment lined baking sheet and brush with maple glaze.
