Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Lb Ground Chicken or Turkey
  • ΒΌ C Dehydrated Onions
  • 2 Tsp Ginger , Freshly Grated
  • Hoisin Glaze
  • 2 C Jicama or Water Chestnuts , Finely Diced
  • 3 Scallions

Directions

  1. Heat Pan on Stove Top on Medium.
  2. Add oils, ginger and garlic.
  3. Heat until fragrant.
  4. Add onions and meat.
  5. Cook meat thoroughly (no pink showing).
  6. 5-10 minutes.
  7. Add hoisin sauce, tamari, vinegar, and chili garlic sauce.
  8. Stir to combine and cook until most of the liquid has been absorbed. *Stir occasionally
  9. Add jicama and scallions.
  10. Finish with sesame seeds. Set Aside.
