Lemonade Base

Ingredients
- ½ C Simple Infused Syrup
- 2 C Lemon Juice (4-8 Lemons)
- 5 C Water
Directions
- Combine water, sugar, molasses, vanilla, lemon peel and salt in saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer until sugar is completely dissolved and lemon peel is infused in the syrup.
- In a 2 Liter Jar (or other pitcher), combine lemon juice and water.
- Stir, then add sugar syrup a little bit at a time, up to the entire amount of syrup.
- Taste periodically to check sweetness.
