DAIRY: 1% Cow’s Milk (better than non-fat because that has a lot of fillers/chemicals)
ALTERNAIVE DAIRY: Oat Milk, Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, Soy Milk, Hemp Milk, or Rice Milk
SWEETENER: Raw Sugar, Date Syrup, Maple Syrup, Agave Syrup, Honey
FLAVOR: The base has Vanilla Extract, but there are infinite options for FLAVOR
