- 1 Lb Filet Mignon , cubed into tiny pieces
- 4" Skewers
- Hoisin Glaze
Directions
- Heat Grill pan on Medium.
- Spray with non-stick spray.
- Put 3-4 pieces of meat on each skewer.
- Place skewer on hot grill pan for 1-2 minutes, then flip.
- Immediately, brush with glaze and cook 1-2 minutes longer, until desired doneness.
- To serve, assemble a platter of Greens and Any Veggies you like.
- Dress the greens with Hazelnut or other Oil and Sea Salt.
- And add the meat to the platter. Enjoy!

- Tamari (Soy) Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Fish Sauce
- Rice Vinegar
- Garlic
- Ginger
Directions
- Adjust amounts to your palate.
- Mix well and use.
