Hoisin Glazed Filet Mignon Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Filet Mignon , cubed into tiny pieces 
  • 4" Skewers
  • Hoisin Glaze

Directions

  1. Heat Grill pan on Medium.
  2. Spray with non-stick spray. 
  3. Put 3-4 pieces of meat on each skewer. 
  4. Place skewer on hot grill pan for 1-2 minutes, then flip.
  5. Immediately, brush with glaze and cook 1-2 minutes longer, until desired doneness.
  6. To serve, assemble a platter of Greens and Any Veggies you like. 
  7. Dress the greens with Hazelnut or other Oil and Sea Salt. 
  8. And add the meat to the platter. Enjoy!

  • Tamari (Soy) Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Fish Sauce
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

Directions

  1. Adjust amounts to your palate.
  2. Mix well and use.
