Hassellback Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato
  • Coconut Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Honey
  • Lime Juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes in 1/8” cuts, most of the way through, but leave the rounds connected to the sweet potato.
  3. Brush potatoes with Coconut (or other) oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Cook until inside is soft and exterior is crispy. Remove from oven and brush with Honey and Lime juice and serve.
