Hassellback Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- Sweet Potato
- Coconut Oil
- Sea Salt
- Honey
- Lime Juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Slice sweet potatoes in 1/8” cuts, most of the way through, but leave the rounds connected to the sweet potato.
- Brush potatoes with Coconut (or other) oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Cook until inside is soft and exterior is crispy. Remove from oven and brush with Honey and Lime juice and serve.
