Ingredients

  • 4-6 Scallions , with tops still on
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat Grill Pan over Med heat.
  2. Coat Onions with EVOO using pastry brush.
  3. Cook until wilted and marked by the grill, 1-2 minutes/side.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
