Ingredients
- 4-6 Scallions , with tops still on
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Preheat Grill Pan over Med heat.
- Coat Onions with EVOO using pastry brush.
- Cook until wilted and marked by the grill, 1-2 minutes/side.
- Remove from heat and serve.
