Grilled Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Romaine OR Belgian Endive , cut in ½ lengthwise
- Roma Tomatoes , cut in ½
- Lemon , cut in ½
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Heat Grill pan over medium heat on stove top.
- Brush grill pan with EVOO using a pastry brush.
- Then brush the cut side of all with EVOO and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
- Place all produce, cut side down, on the grill pan and cook until crispy.
- Place cooked Romaine and Tomatoes on serving platter and squeeze Lemon juice over the top.
- Served with Caesar Dressing and top with Crispy Tofu Croutons.
