Grilled Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Romaine OR Belgian Endive , cut in ½ lengthwise
  • Roma Tomatoes , cut in ½
  • Lemon , cut in ½
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat Grill pan over medium heat on stove top. 
  2. Brush grill pan with EVOO using a pastry brush.
  3. Then brush the cut side of all with EVOO and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
  4. Place all produce, cut side down, on the grill pan and cook until crispy. 
  5. Place cooked Romaine and Tomatoes on serving platter and squeeze Lemon juice over the top. 
  6. Served with Caesar Dressing and top with Crispy Tofu Croutons.
