Ingredients

  • 1 Grapefruit , peeled and seperated
  • 2 C Olive Oil

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, warm the zest and oil over medium heat. 
  2. DO NOT ALLOW TO SIMMER OR DEVELOP BUBBLES.
  3. Keep the oil warm for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and continue to infuse while the oil cools.
  5. Discard peel and store oil in a clean sealable jar.
