Five Spice Peanuts

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- ¼ C Raw Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Black Strap Molasses
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Chinese Five Spice
- 2 C Peanuts , unsalted, skinless
Directions
- Parchment line a baking sheet. Set Aside
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, sugar, honey and molasses.
- Stir in 5 Spice. Bring to a boil. Let it boil for several minutes without stirring.
- When it reaches “soft ball” stage, remove from heat and stir in peanuts.
- Spread the mixture out on parchment paper.
- Let stand until it has hardened. Break into pieces and store in a sealed container.
