Fig Jam

Ingredients
- 6 Whole Figs Balsamic Infused
- Dates
- ΒΌ Cup Hazelnuts
- 2 Tbsp Frangelico (or other alcohol)
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until mostly smooth.
NOTE:
- This can be made with dried figs that have been rehydrated in a simple syrup (1/2 C Raw Sugar, 1 C water). Bring water and sugar to a boil until sugar fully melts. Add figs, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain and use rehydrated figs in Fig Jam recipe.
