Dark Chocolate Almond Granola
This is a phenomenal recipe for any vegetarian, vegan, or anyone who really loves chocolate! We’ve reduced the calories of this granola by removing most of the sweeteners and replacing them with rich cocoa powder and molasses. And we balance the sweet with sea salt.
Ingredients
- 4 C Oats , whole grain
- 1 C Almonds , sliced
- 1 C Unsweetened Coconut
- ¼ C Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- ½ C Coconut Oil
- ¼ C Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Molasses
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
