Crab Cakes

Meal: 121 cal Protein: 9 g Carbs: 3 g Fat: 8 g

Crab cakes are absolutely delightful as either a starter or a more complete meal. The biggest calories to trim is from all the oil in deep frying.

Really, these are the easiest calories to eliminate because they are so much better pan sautéed in just a little bit of oil. They get golden and crispy on the outside and light and sweet on the inside
