The traditional version of cole slaw has nearly 300 calories per cup. Our version is less than a third of the calories and a fraction of the sugar and fat. For flavor, we’ve added fresh ginger, lime juice, and zest!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Mayo
  • ¼ C Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Maple
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger , grated
  • Lime Zest & Juice
  • Sea Salt
  • 3 C Cabbage
  • 1 C Carrot
  • ½ C Shallots

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Mayo, Dijon, ACV, Maple, Ginger, Zest, Juice, and Sea Salt.
  2. Next, add Cabbage, Carrots, and Shallots to the bowl and blend well.
  3. Refrigerate prior to serving.
