Ingredients
- 3-4 C Carnitas (see 2.5 Recipe)
- Mushroom Carnitas (see 2.5 Recipe)
- other Veggie &/or Protein
Directions
- Mix spices and toss with shrimp well and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan over Medium.
- Add shrimp to pan and cook until opaque (white, no longer translucent).
- Or place on baking sheet and roast in 400F oven until opaque.
